In short: you see your draft before you pay anything. Once you have paid and we have begun drafting, refunds are limited — because the work is personalised and begins immediately.
1. You pay only after seeing your draft
There is no charge to use the will builder. You complete your answers, we prepare a draft, and you see a preview of your document before any payment is requested. This is deliberate: it lets you judge the quality of the work before committing.
2. Cancelling before work begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before your consultation has taken place or drafting has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Cancelling after work begins
Once your consultation has taken place or drafting has commenced, the fee covers work already performed. In that case:

4. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for — for example, registration is unavailable in your location and no suitable alternative is agreed — you receive a full refund of the undelivered portion.
Please note that our registration package is available across India excluding Tamil Nadu. If you purchase it for an address in Tamil Nadu, we will contact you to switch package or refund you in full.
5. Government and third-party fees
Fees already paid on your behalf to a notary, the Sub-Registrar Office, or any other authority are non-refundable once paid, as we cannot recover them.
6. Free revisions instead of a refund
If you are unhappy with your draft, tell us before requesting a refund. We will revise it until it reflects your instructions correctly, at no extra cost. Most concerns are resolved this way.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@willsetu.com from the address used for your order, with your reference ID and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 working days.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, funds typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
